At the heart of business activity, guests can find many shops and restaurants near the hotel. The hostel is located a 2-minute drive from the N10 and 10 minutes from the A12 motorway. The Gare de La Verrière station is a 10-minute walk. A train takes guests to Montparnasse or Paris La Défense in 40 minutes.

Renovated in 2017, the hostel has reopened and provides free on-site parking. The establishment comprises 75 guest rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with the reception desk open from 6h30 to 9 pm during the week, and from 8h to noon and from 5 pm to 8h30 pm during the weekend and holidays. It also features currency exchange facilities, a newspaper stand, a breakfast room, and a free Internet access. A free car park is also available.

Each room features amenities to ensure a quality experience with free wireless Internet access and spacious and effective work stations. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower. All rooms are also equipped with satellite/cable TV, Internet access, heating.

A continental breakfast buffet is served each morning from 06.30 to 10.00 during the week and from 08.00 to 10.00 during week-end and holydays.
